Google Remarketing and "similar target group" functions

On the basis of our justified interests (addressing targeted advertising to visitors to the website by displaying interest-related advertisements when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network) as defined in Article 6, Section 1 f) GDPR, we use Google Remarketing and the "similar target groups" function of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA on our website. The purpose of this function is to analyse visitor behaviour and interests. Google uses cookies to analyse the use of the website. Cookies

On the basis of our justified interests (analysis, optimisation and cost-effective operation of our website) within the meaning of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) EGDPR, we use so-called cookies on our website. These are small files saved on the user’s computer to store specific settings for the use of our web presence. As a result of this we automatically receive certain data (e.g. IP address, browser used, operating system) about your computer and its connection to the Internet. You can also use our webpage without cookies by deactivating the use of cookies in your browser. The comfort and functional scope of our offer may however be restricted by the deactivation of cookies. In order to learn how to deactivate cookies in your browser, please use the Help function.

Google Analytics

On the basis of our justified interests (analysis, optimisation and cost-effective operation of our website) within the meaning of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) EGDPR, we use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies“. These are small files saved on the user’s computer, thus enabling an analysis of the use of the website. On our behalf, Google can use this information to analyse the use of our website and prepare reports about website activities. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored. Due to statutory specifications, the IP anonymisation function is active on our website, meaning that your IP address is already abbreviated and anonymised within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The IP address communicated by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not added to other Google data.

You can also use our website without cookies by deactivating the use of cookies in your browser. The convenience and functional scope of our offer may however be restricted by the deactivation of cookies. In order to learn how to deactivate cookies in your browser, please use the Help function.

Beyond this, you can also prevent the recording of the data related to your website generated by the cookie (incl. your IP address) as well as the processing of said data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser add-on available from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Use of script libraries and webfonts

In order to display our contents correctly in all browsers and in a graphically appealing manner, we use script libraries and font libraries on this website.
